Field Trips, Themed Weeks, Pool & Water Days, and Adventures at the Club!

Under the Direction of the Unit Director the Youth Development Professional (YDP) is responsible for the implementation of our academic, healthy lifestyles, and leadership programs for Club members ages 5-18. They work daily to develop meaningful mentoring relationships with members, families and volunteers. The YDP’s provide programs through active participation with Club members to help them make appropriate choices about their educational, personal, physical, social, emotional, and vocational needs.

This seasonal FLSA non-exempt position will run from late May 2026 through mid August 2026 with the potential to stay on for the school year. Hourly pay rate starts at $15.50 per hour and may increase based on education and experience.

Under the direction of the Unit Director and/or Unit Coordinator, the Driver is responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation for Club members ages 5–18 using Club vehicles. The Driver plays a vital role in ensuring members arrive safely to and from the Club, schools, and approved field trip locations while maintaining a positive and supportive environment.

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, 15 hours per week during the afterschool program and up to 29 hours per week during the summer camp.
