The Case Management Specialist is responsible for teaching health education programs to Club members, connecting with families, training Club staff on social/emotional best practices, and serving as a liaison between unit leadership, the administrative team, and external care providers. This full-time position is based at the O’Fallon Club Unit of Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Charles County and will provide support between all units with O’Fallon being the primary site.

Under the direction of the Unit Director and in accordance with the goals and objectives of the Boys & Girls Club of St. Charles County, the Youth Development Professional (YDP) is responsible for the implementation of our programs. The YDP implements a comprehensive program plan that nurtures the potential of Club members. The individual will be a role model to our core values of honesty, respect, and responsibility. They will work daily to develop personal and meaningful relationships with members, families, and volunteers. This position will begin in August of 2022.
