Winston Terrell

Behavorial Health Specialist

Winston Terrell serves as the Behavioral Health Specialist at Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Charles County, supporting all Club units and splitting his time across locations to meet the unique needs of each site. In this role, Winston acts as a bridge between members, their families, and critical resources, while also facilitating social-emotional learning sessions on topics such as anti-bullying, emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and cultural diversity. His favorite part of the job is building meaningful connections with Club youth and making a positive impact in their lives.

Winston brings a strong background in youth and community development. He previously worked as an Athletic Director and Locker Coordinator at Kids Across America, and later served as a banker on Royal Banks of Missouri’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) team, where he taught financial literacy and supported youth in low-to-moderate income communities. He also volunteered with Urban K-Life, helping organize youth programming, provide transportation, and foster mentoring relationships.

Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, Winston is the youngest of five siblings and has called St. Louis home since 2019. He married in 2023 and enjoys hosting gatherings, spending time with his wife and friends, playing video games, and reading manga. Fun fact: Winston is fluent in French! His passion for youth development and commitment to community wellness make him an invaluable part of the BGCSTC team.
