Arial Waters
Unit Coordinator
Arial Waters was promoted from Lead Youth Development Professional at the St. Charles Unit to Unit Coordinator at the O’Fallon Unit, a testament to her leadership, dedication, and impact. In her current role, she oversees daily front-line operations, provides supervision and guidance to staff and youth, trains Youth Development Professionals, and manages grant-related data tracking. Her favorite part of the job is building meaningful connections with Club members and being a consistent source of support in their lives.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Science from the University of Missouri, Arial has worked in nonprofit, after-school organizations since she was 15—including Boys & Girls Clubs of Columbia during her college years. She is ambitious, hardworking, and always eager to grow and make a difference.
Born and raised in St. Louis as an only child, Arial credits her mother and strong support system for shaping her values. She currently mentors youth at her church and helps plan events that uplift and inspire. In her free time, she enjoys writing poetry, singing, family road trips, watching crime shows, and listening to music. A fun fact: she’s been caring for kids since she was one herself—fitting for someone who’s always known her purpose is to support and guide the next generation.
