STEPS TO APPLY

Apply for membership in 4 easy steps.


All 4 steps must be completed in full. Youth cannot attend until membership is complete, approved, and paid.

Wright City Unit Membership and St. Charles Unit Membership for the 2023-2024 school year is full and has a waitlist. Fill out the form to be added to the waitlist.

Submission of the digital form, located at the bottom of this page, is the first piece to register for Club membership. The digital form must be completed to begin registration.

After completing the digital form, an email confirmation will be sent to the email provided on the form.

Please Note: A digital form is required for each child in a family applying for Club membership.

  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Recent Report Card
  • Copy of most recent IEP, 504, and/or BIP Plan if applicable
  • Copy of Allergy/Asthma Action Plan if applicable

NEW MEMBERS

Once all paperwork is complete and turned in to the front desk, you will receive an invoice via email to pay the annual membership fee per child and an email to confirm Club Membership.

RETURNING MEMBERS
Once all paperwork is complete and turned in to the front desk, you will receive an email to confirm Club Membership. Your current Club Membership may not be due for renewal.

Multiple annual memberships may be paid together using the payment portals below. If you wish to pay in cash, please do so with our Front Desk Coordinator.

An Annual Membership is $35.00 per child for traditional Club units or $50 per child for school-based Club units and is required for participation in Summer Camp, Athletics, After-school, and ACT Test Prep. Clicking the button below will redirect you to the payment portal page to secure your membership. Select the unit your child will be attending and pay on the Stripe website.

Transportation is not guaranteed, submitting the form below adds your name to a first come, first served list for select schools offering transportation. If your school is not listed, please list it on the form below.

Wright City Unit Club Members do not need to fill out this transportation form. East Elementary students will be transported to West Elementary by the school district.
