Annual Club Membership

An Annual Membership is $35.00 per child for traditional Club units or $50 per child for school-based Club units. Membership is open to all youth ages *5-18.

Printed copies of all of the above forms are available at the front desk at the St. Charles or O'Fallon Unit. Stop by the Club Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM to receive printed copies and drop off completed paperwork.

Drop off the following completed forms to the front desk:

Drop off the following additional documents to the front desk

  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Most Recent Report Card
  • Copy of most recent IEP, 504, and/or BIP Plan if applicable
  • Copy of Asthma/Allergy Action plan if applicable

Registration paperwork will only be accepted if all of the above forms are present and complete at time of paperwork drop off. Completed paperwork and annual membership are required in order to attend Afterschool Programming for the 2024-2025 School Year

NEW MEMBERS
Once all paperwork is complete and turned in to the front desk, you will receive an invoice via email to pay the annual membership per child and an email to confirm after school registration.

RETURNING MEMBERS
Once all paperwork is complete and turned in to the front desk, you will receive an email to confirm afterschool registration. Your Annual Club membership may need to be renewed.

If you wish to pay in cash, please do so with our Front Desk Coordinator. We do not accept check.

An Annual Membership is $35.00 per child for traditional Club units or $50 per child for school-based Club units and is required for participation in Summer Camp, Athletics, After-school, and ACT Test Prep. Clicking the button below will redirect you to the payment portal page to secure your membership. Select the unit your child will be attending and pay on the Stripe website. Annual Club Memberships are non-refundable.

Transportation is not guaranteed, submitting the form below adds your name to a first come, first served list for select schools offering transportation. If your school is not listed, please list it on the form below.

Wright City Unit Club Members do not need to fill out this transportation form. Middle School and East Elementary students will be transported to West Elementary by the school district.
