STEPS TO REGISTER
REGISTER FOR AN ANNUAL CLUB MEMBERSHIP
Complete and Review the following documents:
- Complete the online Membership Application
- Returning members MUST COMPLETE the NEW Online Membership Application
Helpful tips:
- Have important documents saved on your computer:
- Uploading a report card to the online form is required
- If your child has a severe allergy, asthma, IEP, BIP, or 504 Plan, you must upload the necessary documents to the online form before submission.
- Use a computer or laptop for best results – The form is mobile-friendly, but we recommend completing it on a computer or laptop for the best experience.
- Submit a separate form for each child – A new form must be completed for each child you are registering. Make sure you have enough time to fill out and submit a form for each child.
- Double check your information – Make sure all contact details, emergency contacts (not parents/guardians), and medical information are accurate.
- Complete all required fields – The form cannot be submitted if required sections are left blank. Look for any missing information before finalizing.
NEED HELP? Stop by the Club Monday - Thursday 11AM-2PM or 5PM-7PM / Friday 11AM-2PM or 5PM-6PM to use a Club computer to complete the application.
- We have laptops available at the front desk to submit the online membership form.
- Bring your important documents (report card, IEP, BIP, Allergy Plan, etc.) with you, or have them saved in your email. We can assist with file upload.

Transportation Options
- Limited Availability: Transportation is offered on a first come, first served basis. Submitting this form does not guarantee a spot.
- Free District Transportation: Some schools offer free transportation provided by the school district.
- Club Van Transportation: Available for select schools with three or more students requesting transportation. This service has a weekly fee.
Special Note for Wright City Unit Members:
- Wright City Unit Members do not need to fill out this form.
- Middle School and East Elementary students will be transported to West Elementary by the school district.
- Choose your school from the dropdown list.
- If your school is not listed, type the name of your school in the provided field.
- The Club will review your transportation selection and availability.
If your school offers free district transportation, we will confirm your registration and notify the school district transportation department.
- Once your Annual Club Membership is paid and confirmed, you will also need to notify your school that your child will be attending Boys & Girls Clubs after school.
If selecting Club Van transportation, we will confirm your registration and the weekly fee rate, and notify your child's school.
- Club Van transporation requires weekly autopay authorization. Transportation is not confirmed until the autopay authorization is submitted. You will receive this form when your Annual Club Membership is confirmed.
- Once confirmed, you will also need to notify your school that your child will be attending Boys & Girls Clubs after school.

NEW MEMBERS
Once the application is submitted online and reviewed by BGCSTC staff, you will receive a link via email to pay the annual membership fee per child.
RETURNING MEMBERS
New paperwork submission is required for all returning members. Once the application is submitted online and reviewed by BGCSTC staff, you will receive an email to confirm registration. Your Annual Club membership may need to be renewed and you wil receive a link via email to pay.
If you wish to pay in cash, please do so with our Front Desk Coordinator. We do not accept check.
An Annual Membership is $35.00 per child for traditional Club units or $50 per child for school-based Club units and is required for participation in Summer Camp, Athletics, After-school, and ACT Test Prep. Clicking the button below will redirect you to the payment portal page to secure your membership. Select the unit your child will be attending and pay on the Stripe website. Annual Club Memberships are non-refundable.
