Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Charles County proudly announces the success of their annual Trunk or Treat events, which took place on October 27 and 28 at the St. Charles & O’Fallon Club Units. This spooktacular event brought together families, volunteers, and community partners for an unforgettable evening of Halloween fun and community spirit.

Trunk or Treat is an annual tradition that Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Charles County hosts to provide a safe and enjoyable Halloween experience for local families. This year's event was no exception, as the organization went above and beyond to create a memorable and thrilling night for all participants. This year the events were sponsored by i3Broadband and Home State Health.

Highlights of the event included:

  • Creative Decorations: Local businesses and volunteers generously decorated their tables with a wide range of imaginative and Halloween-themed displays. From haunted houses to Mad Hatter tea parties, the creativity on display was truly astonishing.
  • Safe Trick-or-Treating: Children of all ages had the opportunity to trick-or-treat safely, going from table to table to collect candy and goodies. This helped provide a secure environment for kids to enjoy Halloween festivities.
  • Community Partnerships: Local businesses and community organizations generously supported the event, providing candy, treats, and entertainment. Their involvement contributed significantly to the success of Trunk or Treat.
  • Games and Activities: Kids enjoyed various games and activities, including dancing and carnival-style games. There was never a dull moment!
  • Volunteer Dedication: The event's success would not have been possible without the dedication of our incredible volunteers who gave their time and energy to create a memorable experience for the community.

Karen Englert, Chief Executive Officer of Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Charles County, expressed her gratitude, saying, "Trunk or Treat is a special event that brings our community together, providing a safe and enjoyable Halloween experience for families. We are thrilled with the turnout and the support we received from our community partners and volunteers.
